Within Bournemouth, Dorset and Poole there are many Providers who can deliver specialist training relevant to the workplace. Local Colleges and Adult Education services have grouped together to form UPSKILL at Work.

Upskill at Work aims to improve the basic skills of English, Maths and IT, of the Dorset workforce. They offer customised courses to suit both employer and employee needs, which are delivered in house or at a local education/training centre at a time that suits the participant. Courses are delivered through a partnership between the Dorset Further Education Colleges and the Adult Education Services.
